Sheet Pan Shishito Peppers with Garlic Aioli

Garlic Aioli

Ingredients

  • 5 Cloves Garlic peeled and minced
  • ½ Cup Mayo
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl with a lid, combine the minced garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes.
  3. Stir in the mayo and mix well.
  4. Put the lid on the bowl and chill.
  5. Aioli will keep well in the refrigerator, covered, for up to 10 days.
