Avocado Corn Salsa

Ingredients

box of frozen corn
1
jalapeno diced finely with seeds removed.
½
small red onion
can use white onion
The juice of 2 limes
3
Tablespoons
white vinegar
½
teaspoon
cumin
½
teaspoon
dried oregano
1
teaspoon
granulated garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
1-2
chopped avocados
Instructions
In a bowl, mix everything except the avocado together and toss then set in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
Right before serving add the avocado.
