2 Ingredient Pizza Dough

  • 1 cup 100% fat free Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 cup self-rising flour
  • Optional- Garlic or herbs to add zero point flavor to the crust.


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Put the ingredients in your Kitchen aid Mixer bowl using the dough hook for 10 minutes. **No Kitchenaid mixer --Stir together yogurt and flour until a thick dough forms. Turn out dough onto a lightly floured surface and knead until it forms a dough ball.
  3. Place ball on a sheet of parchment paper. Roll out to desired size (approximately 10-inches diameter).
  4. Place on a baking sheet or pizza pan/stone. Pre-bake for 5-10 minutes before topping the crust. It helps the dough cook through and give you a crisper crust.
  5. Top with desired toppings.
  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until crust is browned and cooked through.
