Fresh Apple Cake Glaze

Cake Glaze

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Butter
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ Cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla

Instructions

  1. In a small pot on the stove top, melt butter and brown sugar. Once completely dissolved, add milk and bring to a boil, boiling for 3 minutes.

  2. Take off of burner and allow to cool for 5 minutes and then add vanilla.
  3. Remove cakes from pans and put on a wire rack with wax or news paper underneath.
  4. Allow glaze and cakes to continue cooling for 15 minutes and then pour the glaze over cakes.
