Peanut Butter Bundt Cake

PEANUT BUTTER BUNDT CAKE FOR FALL

 I like my bundt cake completely unadorned but my husband is likely to spread Nuttella or drizzle some hot fudge on his slice.

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Yellow Cake Mix I used Pillsbury
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Stick of Butter Softened
  • 1 Cup of Water
  • ¾ Cup of Peanut Butter I used Peter Pan Creamy

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the cake mix box directions.
  2. Grease your bundt pan. I used Bakers Joy because it helps the cake release from the pan more easily. Bakers Joy has flour in it and it’s great for baking. It’s not a great substitute for cooking spray in other cooking situations, though.
  3. In a large bowl mix all ingredients together using a hand mixer.
  4. Pour the batter in to the bundt pan and bake according to the directions on the box. In the bundt pan, I baked mine for 40 minutes.
