This was one of those happy accidents that I often have. I made these the day I made the fruitcakes and when I took out the hamburger, my brain was thinking, “make Salisbury steaks”. But it was in the MIDDLE of making the fruitcake so I had my mind on several things as once. The next thing you know, I’m mixing up meatloaf, but making them into patties. When I put them in the crock pot, I poured diced tomatoes over which is actually Swiss not Salisbury making this Crock Pot Swiss Meatloaf Patties, I was working with the fruitcakes so I just went with it. Luckily, it turned out exceptionally well!

When they came out, they looked pretty good so I served them with mashed potatoes and corn. They were great! Mr. Picky eater even asked to have them again sometime. Happy accident in the crock pot!
